2 Yearly PC Health Check – we will come and check your PC is running as fast and as well as it should be, including an internal inspection and cleaning of the fans, and then we will advise you of any issues or maintenance that may be required!
3 Free unlimited email support – you can email us at any time with any issues you may be having and we will do our utmost to resolve them for you!
4 Discount of 5% – on all labour charges for any work undertaken that is not covered in this plan, while you are a Bronze VIP member
5 Priority appointments – should you need to use one of our repair, installation or maintenance services you will be safe in the knowledge that we will be available in the fastest time possible as all of our VIP members receive priority appointment bookings!
Silver Member Benefits – £149 per year – additional computers £79 each per year
1 Antivirus and antispy-ware check – we will check your antivirus and antispy-ware programs are up to date and functioning correctly and if they are not we will install free antivirus and antispy-ware programs for you!
2 Yearly Full Computer Service - we will give your computer a full service, including internal cleaning of the computer, full virus and spy-ware check and removal and full system diagnostics and tune up once every 12 months!
3 Free unlimited email support – you can email us at any time with any issues you may be having and we will do our utmost to resolve them for you!
4 Discount of 5% – on all labour charges for any work undertaken that is not covered by this plan, while you are a Silver VIP member
5 Priority appointments – should you need to use one of our repair, installation or maintenance services you will be safe in the knowledge that we will be available in the fastest time possible as all of our VIP members receive priority appointment bookings!
Gold Member Benefits – £199 per year – additional computers £99 each per year

6 Preventative Maintenance – we will ensure you computer is set up to receive all security updates automatically for your operating system and all of the necessary programs you have, as well as sheduling virus and spyware scans and other maintenance processes to ensure your computer is allways running at peak performance!
