GS Technical ICT Services offer schools a range of IT support contracts to suit their needs and having worked in the education sector for many years you can be sure that your schools network and ICT equipment is in safe hands. All of our school support packages include regular on-site visits by our fully qualified technicians to carry out routine maintenance and repairs  to your equipment and as we are flexible you can build  your support package in to a fully featured and bespoke solution, specifically tailored to your schools needs.

School Support Contracts

Half Day per Fortnight

  • 1 x half day technician visit to your school every two weeks
  • Server break / fix warranty with guaranteed 4 hour response time (all parts and labour included)
  • Curriculum computer and device support
  • Admin computer and device support
  • Network site survey
  • Installation of job ticketing system / Automatic inventory logging software
  • Single point of contact
  • On-site / telephone / remote support
  • FITS reporting
  • 24 / 7 Network monitoring
  • Same technician each visit to build up site knowledge

Half Day per Week

  • 1 x half day technician visit to your school every week

Additional Support Options

Extra Days

Extra days are bookable for work to be carried out during term time or for work not covered in our standard SLAs. The time required and all cost will be agreed upon before the start of any work.

Projector Maintenance Service

  • Have your schools projectors serviced every 6 months
  • Ensure your schools projectors are performing as well as they should be
  • Prolong the life time of your schools projectors
